Best Vegan Desserts

We’re all thinking the same questions: What am I going to stream? And what am I going to eat? Because activities are currently limited, we’re all about staying in and baking (vegan) desserts.

We can eat these Vegan Cookie Dough Truffles all day!! After making the cookie dough and chilling it for about 30 minutes, you’ll roll the dough into balls and using a fork dip them into melted chocolate to coat the dough. Place on parchment paper and leave to set at room temperature (or in the fridge if you can’t wait any longer).

Loving these Vegan Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bars that are made with dates instead of refined sugars (win)! Plus they’re topped with mini pretzels and sea salt. Get the recipe here.

If you’re a 90’s child, you know about Cosmic Brownies. What if we told you that you can make these vegan nostalgia brownies at home? Your main ingredients are lots of sugar, flaxseed, cocoa powder and rainbow chip sprinkles.

When we’re not into chocolate & salt, we always go for Vegan Carrot Cake. This cake is made with dates, raisins, carrots, cashews, walnuts and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg + you can’t forget about the icing.

Vegan Lemon Blueberry Cake is a sweet + tart combination you’re going to love! This four-layer cake will make staying home that much sweeter. While your cake(s) are baking in the oven, make your blueberry filling on the stove top. It’s best to chill the filling in the fridge overnight before assembling your cake. Spread the remaining lemon frosting (that you didn’t use in the layers) over the whole cake. Chill & enjoy!
