It’s getting exciting… Food District at One Colorado is starting to open!
Joining our fine array of courtyard eateries – Sage Vegan Bistro, Il Fornaio and Sushi Roku – the Food District at One Colorado will start serving this fall from its Union Street location (between Fair Oaks & Raymond). The Food District offers eight local and Los Angeles-based food concepts in addition to an expended Russell’s on Fair Oaks.
Soom Soom Fresh offers healthy, organic and classic Mediterranean food made from fresh ingredients without preservatives or additives. “This is real-deal farm-to-table fresh!”
simplethings restaurant is committed “to making quality American-style food from scratch.” Their tempting selection of sandwiches, sides, salads and dessert are creative, fresh and full of flavor.
Now open! Founded in 2011, Pasadena’s favorite yogurt shop 21 Choices will start serving up its fresh frozen flavors with all their extra goodies in September. Their menu changes daily and there are always loads of delicious add-ins including brownies, pretzels, circle animal cookies and fresh fruit. They’ll also swirl in Pasadena-centric yogurt flavors at their Food District shop.
Main Chick Hot Chicken will be cooking up its Nashville-inspired fried chicken with their own spin on homemade mild to wicked hot sauces that will have you double-dipping your chicken and seasoned crispy crinkle fries!
Paper Rice adds a modern flavor to Vietnamese food with a fast-casual concept focusing on fresh, light ingredients. You can order from their menu or create your own spring roll or bowl with farm fresh veggies and choice of protein.
Dirt Dog is bringing “L.A.’s dirtiest dog” to Union Street this fall, accompanied by some amazing fries loaded with all your favorite or soon-to-be favorite toppings. They’ll also have fried Twinkies! Opens in October 2019.
Also joining The Food District are the new tea brand Cha Redefine and Groundhouse Burger with Instagramable crispy and celeb-loved magical burgers and a fantastic “fry roulette” with fries and dipping sauces for days. And of course we have the beloved Russell’s, which remains one of Old Pasadena’s tried-and-true favorites.
We’ll keep you posted here and on social as to who is opening when!
