Resolutions to try in 2020
When the clock strikes midnight and it’s the beginning of the new year, we all want to adapt some change into our lives. Some resolutions that will make you a better you in 2020.
Clean out your phone or laptop. Get rid of contacts or photos that no longer serve you. Old friends, boyfriends or anyone else you haven’t spoken to or even remember in the past ten years. You’ll feel a weight lifted off your shoulders when you move on from negative emotions so you can create more positive memories in the decade ahead.
Go the extra mile. The next time you’re at the gym, beat you own records! Run that extra half mile, do an extra set or two, raise the intensity on your weights. And always cool down with a small yoga session.
Spend less, save more. If you’re a shopaholic, try to buy only one item per month. If you’re a foodie, cook more at home. Transfer all the extra money you saved into your savings account (and don’t touch it)!
