Salt & Straw’s NEW Vegandulgence menu launching this January!
Salt & Straw is launching their Vegandulgence menu this January. What does Vegandulgence mean to Salt & Straw? 100% plant-based, 100% decadent. One year ago S&S made a commitment to keep at least 20% of flavors dairy-free year-round, and each January they proclaim the virtues of nature by developing incredibly indulgent, creamy, extravagant ice creams that happen to be exclusively vegan, using coconut, soy, cashews, oats and tofu. The goal is to make unbelievable ice cream for everyone, regardless of diet. This menu will redefine the concept of what can be delicious, change the dialogue around veganism, and be better for the planet to boot. Flavors include: Lemon Cheesecake Crumble (v), Banana & Peanut Butter Tofu Pudding (v), Sunflower Butter Cups (v), Toasted Oat Milk & Cookies (v), and Rocky Road w/ Aquafaba Marshmallows (v).
