Many of them are drawn from Japanese life: the quiet pleasure of changing into house shoes, the practice of watercolor sketching while traveling, the act of journaling by hand, or writing with intention rather than tapping a screen. These are small gestures that, done daily, shape how we experience the world.We design nearly everything ourselves in Boston and Tokyo under our own brands, Topdrawer and Kolo.
